CasAlegria, L.P. is a Texas-based housing company that sells and finances homes, primarily affordable homes suitable for first-time buyers. By focusing on the lifestyles of new and growing families, CasAlegria has met this market’s needs and is expanding rapidly. In our initial development phase, every home sold before construction was complete. Additional projects, including new home building and raw land development, are underway.
CasAlegria partners with high-quality builders, providing land and contracting for the construction of homes on a wholesale basis. CasAlegria handles all marketing and sales of its homes, and will hold any unsold homes in its inventory for sale. CasAlegria is currently seeking developed and undeveloped land suitable for the construction of homes from 1200 to 1500 square feet.
